NAACP chapter leader Michelle Leete shouted at anti-CRT protestors before a school board meeting. She was caught on video saying that if you are a parent who protests critical race theory in the schools, you should just die.
She said, “Don’t let these uncomfortable people deter us from our old march forward. Let them die.”
Knowles said, “On one hand I think is a threat, because we have heard especially from BLM and Antifa and we’ve seen especially from BLM and Antifa and other leftist radical groups the use of political violence, the use of terrorism, the use of violence against civilians to achieve a political end.”
He added, “But it’s not just a threat. It’s actually even more insidious that a threat. It is the explanation of what the left means by progress.
“This woman is saying we radicals are going to win, we are going to transform this country, we are going to fundamentally invert this country, and it’s just going to happen.”
The idea is to wait them out, they will die and the left will move on.
Knowles highlights how alarming this type of rhetoric is in our society–and in our schools. Will the NAACP speak out? Will the school system? Will anyone?
