Biden and Harris Laugh and Treat Afghanistan Disaster Like a Joke

Sky News host Andrew Bolt says it makes him angry that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the politicians whose “stupid decisions” created the current crisis in Afghanistan, are now laughing and acting “like it’s a bit of a joke”.

“What is it about this disaster that makes Biden and his vice president, Kamala Harris, as well, act like it’s all a bit of a joke, it’s funny to be even asked about it,” Mr Bolt said.

“They laugh, while our soldiers risk their lives to pick up the pieces from their disaster.”

With just days to go until the Aug. 31 deadline and now a dozen U.S. military personnel killed outside the Kabul airport, the issue is no laughing matter.

But where are our leaders? Harris is handing out vaccines in Asia. Biden is in the Situation Room, probably taking a nap and doing whatever it takes to avoid questions from the media.

Will Biden even call the family members of the soldiers who lost their lives? Maybe he’ll have Harris do it, but then she’d probably laugh at some uncomfortable point.

When will the disrespect for our military and our nation end? It seems like we need an Australian news outlet to remind us how bad it is in our own nation as we face the downward spiral taking place in Afghanistan.
