Chaos at Southwest Airlines As Vaccine Mandate Issue Reveals Impact

Nearly 2,000 Southwest Airlines flights were cancelled over the weekend. The airline claimed it was due to bad weather and staffing shortages.

They were right about the staffing shortage part. A new video from DC Shorts reveals massive lines with people seeking to rebook canceled flights. Only four workers were available.

It’s no coincidence the meltdown happened as the airline’s vaccine mandate deadline came up. It’s one of the most powerful examples so far of the chaos that will continue to escalate if vaccine mandates are enforced across America’s industries.

In the NBA, you might lose one all star like Kyrie Irving. At an airline, losing a few key people means chaos. What will happen if Biden’s vaccine mandates are enforced in other areas?

It’s hard to predict, but it’s clear the outcome will not be good. Understaffed hospitals, police departments, fire departments, military, teachers, bus drivers, pilots, and the list goes on and on.

It’s simply not going to work to call in the National Guard every time there’s a shortage. The National Guard is already going to experience a decline due to vaccine mandates. Plus, there’s a little issue called the border crisis where a growing number of Guard members are already busy.

Maybe instead of mandating everyone, we could give people freedom and watch what happens. It seemed to work before Covid, and before Biden. Otherwise, we can only expect to see chaos as seen in this video continue to escalate.
