Marco Rubio Goes Nuclear On Biden’s Misplaced Priorities

Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio blasted President Joe Biden for blaming the nation’s problems on other issues while avoiding the unbelievable inflation hammering the country.

Though he said what happened on Jan. 6 was a “terrible thing,” he argued, “I don’t care how many candlelight vigils and musical performances you have from the cast of Hamilton, you’re not going to convince at least most normal, sane people that our government last year was almost overthrown by a guy wearing a viking hat and speedos.”

He later refocused on the main issue facing the nation — inflation.

“What most people in this country are worried about is inflation and all these other things that’s not what we’re working on here.

“That’s not what the president is giving speeches about. They don’t care.”

Rubio doesn’t hold back, and he shouldn’t. Biden is talking about everything except the elephant in the room. Why? He has no answer to make it better.

Or maybe, as Rubio says, he just doesn’t care. It’s hard to tell what Biden cares about and what’s going on in his head when he stumbles to get through speeches and doesn’t seem to know where he is a lot of the time.

That’s not giving Americans much confidence as we face 40-year inflation highs, and that’s if you can find what you need at a store.
