If you were even a little bit suspicious that this entire pandemic and the resulting chaos was probably orchestrated by powers beyond our governments – you would be right to have doubts.
Since the very beginning, the entire pandemic has seemed like nothing more than a power grab by leaders across the world – namely those who had been part of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders, which includes alumni like Canadian Prime minister Justin Trudeau, France’s President Macron and Jacinda Ardern, New Zealand’s Prime Minister.
Supply chains have severely interrupted and there seems to be no rest in sight as the Russia/Ukraine war, is already putting strain on those countries that rely on what is known as the “breadbasket of the world,” cuts of exports of wheat and grain and of course, oil and gas coming from Russia, have been cut off by self-imposed sanctions.
Inflation is through the roof, the worst seen in at least the last 40 years and this is also adding to the strain people have been feeling after lockdowns killed their small businesses and put people out of work.
Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem like much can be done to remedy the situation, when leaders are intentionally making the situation far worse than it ever needed to be.
They used the pandemic to force people to stay home and if they wanted to come out again, they would need to take an experimental shot that may kill them. Not really a win.
So, next time you are at your local grocery store and see empty shelves and increased prices, thank the politicians in power, who for the most part, aren’t worried about us peasants down here in the real world.
